Radek has been practising in personal injury law since 2010, starting as a law clerk while he completed his Bachelor of Laws at Edith Cowan University. He was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2012. In 2021, he completed a Diploma of Legal Practice Management with the College of Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia and is a Civil Law Panel member of Legal Aid WA.
Radek has worked almost exclusively in personal injury litigation and managed hundreds of cases ranging from straight-forward to complex requiring a high level of attention to detail. Radek has experience in multiple areas of personal injury including motor vehicle accidents, workers’ compensation, public liability claims, medical negligence, and criminal injuries compensation. He has appeared as Counsel at numerous arbitrations (trials) at WorkCover WA.
Radek has worked for national and boutique firms, and represented plaintiffs as well as defendants. He regularly appears at conferences and hearings at WorkCover WA, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, the State Administrative Tribunal, as well as the District Court and Supreme Court of WA. He is confident that his experience has provided him with a sound understanding of how to best manage a wide variety of claims.
Outside of work, Radek spends time with his wife Monika, their daughters Hannah and Amelia and their beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel – Luna. He plays tennis, rides his motorbike and pushbike. He enjoys reading, listening to music, eating, and wine testing. He is an avid fan of motorcycle speedway and is fluent in Polish.
